This is my blog dedicated to all things movie related. I chose the title based on the monkeys from "The Wizard of Oz". They represent the good and the bad of movies. The ability to so scare you out of your wits that the image stays with you into adulthood and at the same time having such terrible special effects as to be laughable. I love it all!

This blog is dedicated to all things movie related. I am a self-professed movie junkie, known as a "movie slut" to some of my friends. I love watching movies, reading about movies, talking about movies. I think the "Making of" features are almost as much fun to watch as the movie itself. I am the queen of useless movie trivia. I may not remember important things, but I can tell you the cast, director, plot and even some behind the scenes stories of movies that have come out in the last ten years or so...and most of them, I've never seen. I'm not sure why this information sticks in my head. If only I could figure out a way to use my powers for good. Hmmm...
The absolute best way to see a movie is in a theater that is too loud while you are consuming a large tub of day old popcorn that is drowning in pseudo-butter and trying helplessly to get your shoes unstuck from the floor. However, I can't afford the second mortgage I would have to take out on my house to afford a movie ticket so the majority of my movie watching is via Netflix (love those red envelopes!).
Here I present my reviews of the movies I've seen, juicy gossip or fun tidbits I've picked up, and anything else that strikes my fancy. If you're a movie junkie like me, feel free to join in. I would love to get your opinions or suggestions on movies.
